外国人申请过境签证

一、办事的条件：

持G签证经中国过境的外国人。

I. Who can apply:

Foreigners transiting through China on G visas.

二、办事的手续：

1、有效护照及签证原件

2、境外人员临时住宿登记单原件及复印件

3、《外国人签证证件申请表》

4、接待单位证明函和公司登记备案证明

5、前往国家（地区的）已确定日期、座位的机（船、车）票

II. Documents required:

1. original, valid passport and visa;

2. An original and photocopy of the Registration Form of Temporary Residence

3. Visa and Residence Permit Application Form for Foreigners

4. A letter of proof from the receiving organization and its registration certificate

5. An air, boat, or train ticket to the destination country (region) with a confirmed date and seat.

三、受理时间和地点：

周一至周六 9：00—17：00（法定节假日除外，周六仅受理证件）

自贸区分局出入境管理支队、各分局出入境管理办公室：

III. Office hours and locations:

Exit-Entry Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau (PSB): Monday to Saturday, 9:00-17:00 (except for statutory holidays; Saturdays for document acceptance only)
